Caleb Joyce is recruiting for a Franchise Operations & Inventory Analyst

This role is three days per week and is a fix term contract until 31st January 2027

We're looking for a franchise operations & inventory analyst to support and enhance the performance of the business’ growing franchise network.

What you'll do

As a key member of the franchise operations team, you will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights, supporting inventory planning, and partnering with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities include

· Analyse inventory performance, stock levels, sell-through, and replenishment trends
· Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to support franchise decision-making
· Identify opportunities to optimise inventory allocation and minimise stock risks
· Monitor franchise operational KPIs and provide actionable recommendations
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Finance, Planning, and Merchandising
· Support forecasting, inventory planning, and seasonal business reviews
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process enhancements

What we're looking for

· Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting large datasets
· Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
· Experience working within retail, consumer goods, fashion, or multi-site operations environments
· Strong understanding of inventory management, forecasting, and operational performance metrics
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
· Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
· A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
