What you'll be responsible for

· Leading and motivating a large retail team to deliver exceptional customer service
· Driving sales performance and achieving commercial targets
· Creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
· Coaching, developing, and empowering colleagues to reach their full potential
· Managing store operations to ensure excellent standards, compliance, and efficiency
· Analysing performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
· Delivering a seamless customer experience while maintaining operational excellence
