As an Area Concession Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of concession locations across key retail partners. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and bringing the brand’s signature aesthetic to life across every touchpoint.

You’ll play a vital role in representing a brand that prides itself on creating versatile, feminine collections that inspire confidence and style in everyday wear.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop concession teams to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Drive commercial performance through strong KPI management and data-driven decisions
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and brand standards
• Build strong relationships with host stores and key stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and operational efficiency
• Conduct regular site visits, coaching teams and ensuring consistency across locations

• Proven experience in a multi-site retail or concession management role
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
• Commercially driven with a passion for delivering results
