Are you a passionate retail leader ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to help lead a dynamic and customer-focused store environment.

What you'll be doing:

· Supporting the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving KPIs
· Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
· Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint
· Overseeing daily store operations, visual merchandising, and stock management
· Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging store culture
· Acting as Manager-on-Duty when required

What we're looking for:

· Previous retail leadership experience (Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager level)
· Strong people management and coaching skills
· Commercial awareness with a passion for driving results
· Excellent communication and organisational abilities
· A hands-on approach and a genuine love for customer service
· Experience within fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail is advantageous
