Paul Hargreaves is recruiting for a Junior Buyer

We're looking for a commercially minded junior buyer to join a growing fashion retail team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with buying experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering great products that customers love.

What you'll be doing

· Supporting and leading product selection and range planning
· Building strong supplier relationships and managing negotiations
· Analysing sales performance, market trends and customer insights
· Working closely with Merchandising, Design and Product Development teams
· Identifying opportunities to drive sales, margin and profitability

What we're looking for

· Previous experience at assistant buyer or junior buyer level
· Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
· A passion for product and customer trends
· Confidence working with data to make informed decisions
