As deputy manager, you'll support the store manager in leading the day-to-day operation of a high-performing store. We're looking for an experienced retail leader with a proven track record of managing or supervising teams within a customer-focused environment. You'll be commercially aware, confident in driving KPIs, passionate about delivering exceptional service, and skilled at coaching others to achieve their full potential. This role offers a salary of paying up to £38,000 alongside a generous package of benefits.
