Rosh Sukeerathan is recruiting for a Senior Merchandiser in West London.

We’re partnering with a well-established, design-led fashion retailer known for its premium positioning and strong presence across both retail and e-commerce. With an exciting growth trajectory, they are now looking for a Senior Merchandiser to join their commercial team.

The role

This is a key role responsible for driving performance, shaping strategy, and leading merchandising initiatives across multiple product categories. You’ll work closely with buying, planning, and senior leadership to maximise profitability and deliver a best-in-class customer offering.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the merchandising strategy across your categories
• Analyse trading performance and drive actionable insights
• Manage WSSI, forecasting, and OTB processes
• Lead range planning in collaboration with Buying teams
• Optimise stock flow, availability, and markdown strategy
• Support and develop junior team members
• Influence key stakeholders across the wider business

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience at Senior Merchandiser level (or strong merchandiser ready to step up)
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset
• Experience working within a fast-paced retail environment (fashion/footwear/accessories preferred)
• Advanced Excel and planning system expertise
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
