FYNXT has introduced a new operating platform for capital markets
FYNXT has introduced a new operating platform for capital markets, marking a significant evolution in how financial institutions can design and manage their businesses. The platform unifies client experience, financial operations and third party services into a configurable foundation. The goal is to give institutions greater control over how they adapt to new markets, rising client expectations and emerging commercial opportunities—without being held back by fragmented systems or long development cycles.
At the core of the platform is a modular architecture that brings together financial CRM, digital onboarding, client and partner portals, account management, payments and incentive tools. Institutions can select the components relevant to their business and connect supported trading platforms and service providers. “The firms we work with know how they want to serve their clients. Too often, the difficulty is turning that into the way their systems work,” said Aeby Samuel, Founder and CEO of FYNXT. “We rebuilt FYNXT to put more of that control in their hands.” The refreshed brand identity and website reinforce the company’s positioning as an operating platform for capital markets, expanding its reach beyond brokerage to banks, securities and derivatives firms, and wealth and asset managers.
The company’s evolution, from its origins as Simple2Trade to its current role connecting client experience with operational infrastructure. It reflects the broader transformation underway across financial services. FX, CFD and multi‑asset brokers remain a core market, but the new platform is designed to support a wider spectrum of institutions seeking flexibility in how they run and grow their businesses. By consolidating workflows, client data and business rules, FYNXT aims to help firms deliver change more efficiently and with greater accountability.
FYNXT is also developing governed AI agents to support activities such as onboarding, compliance review and reconciliation. These agents are being designed with strict controls around permissions, traceable evidence and human approval. While they are not yet available as production capabilities, they signal the company’s commitment to responsible AI adoption and to extending its operating platform with tools that enhance both efficiency and oversight.
