Match Trade Technologies has rolled out a new set of AI Skills

Match‑Trade Technologies has rolled out a new set of AI Skills that give systems like Claude structured access to its Broker API and CRM API. The goal is to make it far easier for brokers to connect their internal tools, automate workflows and build custom integrations without manually wiring every endpoint. Instead of coding each function one by one, teams can describe the outcome they want, and the AI assembles the necessary API calls, authentication steps and data links.

This shift reflects a broader trend in broker tech, where AI is increasingly plugged directly into operational infrastructure. Match‑Trade says its Skills can merge CRM records with trading and sales data to produce insights on client behaviour, trade frequency, position sizes and sales performance. They can also support A‑book and B‑book analysis by linking client profiles with live position data to assess profitability. Beyond analytics, support teams can use the system to pull account and position details to explain events like forced closures caused by insufficient funds.

Match‑Trade has already tested the approach by building dashboards with Claude, including views of the most traded instruments, prop account support and a Prediction Market Trader Leaderboard. These prototypes combine trading and CRM data to show metrics such as volume, PnL, account status, transaction counts and ROI. The company describes these as “vibe‑coded” applications, AI‑assembled integrations that technical teams can refine and validate before going live.
