Technical Business Analyst – Central London – up to £56,000

Join a fashion-led footwear retailer known for trend-focused collections and leading brands. This is a key role linking business and technology teams, supporting Oracle Cloud and retail applications across the business.

The role

You’ll support the ongoing development of Oracle Cloud and wider retail applications. Day to day, you’ll gather and translate business requirements, support projects and system improvements, manage testing and releases, investigate application issues and critical incidents, run workshops, and work closely with stakeholders and third-party technology partners.

About you

You’ll have at least three years’ experience in technical/business analysis or application support, ideally in retail. Experience with retail business applications is important, including areas such as merchandising, stock, warehousing, stores, POS or finance. Oracle Cloud or Oracle Retail experience would be a strong advantage. You’ll also bring skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, incident management, stakeholder engagement and problem solving.

The package

Salary of £55,000-£56,000. Based in Central London with an office-based working pattern of four days per week and flexible start and finish times.
