Isabel is a General Management, HR, Ecommerce and Head Office Senior Account Manager based in the Birmingham office. Following a number of successful years she has been promoted 4 times up to Senior Account Manager. Over this time, she has developed the recruitment skills and industry knowledge which makes her a invaluable asset to clients looking to recruit the best talent and candidates who are looking to progress their career. She is experienced at placing Senior and executive candidates and provides the highest levels of service for clients and candidates from first point of contact to placement. She has experience of working with some of the UKs largest companies on recruitment campaigns including search, advertising and project management on behalf of fashion, food, cosmetics, homewear and FMCGs clients. She mentors new consultants to the Birmingham office where they flourish under her guidance. Isabel is an experienced consultant and valued ambassador of the RHR team.
