Managing Director
Jason was appointed to Managing Director in April 2024, having progressed from joining the company as an account executive in the Watford office in 2006. Jason oversees all our sales teams across digital, finance, human resources, marketing, international and operations management. He also looks after our managed services team as well as the teams that manage large scale recruitment campaigns for clients.
Jason is still involved in recruitment day to day and typically works on more senior appointments across all functions with starting salaries of £60,000 upwards. He has extensive experience working on retained search assignments across a number of different sectors for projects such as marketing director, HR director and finance director.
Prior to RHR, his career was as a retail manager with Currys/PC World for four years and with Safeway Stores before that. Jason loved his time in stores and believes that retail management is a brilliant start to anyone’s career as it gives you real responsibility at an early age.
