Area Concession Manager, Glasgow & West of Scotland

With a strong presence in leading high street host stores, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving the performance of a well-established concession network while enjoying the autonomy and variety of a field-based position.
As area concessions manager, you will be responsible for maximising sales across a portfolio of 12+ concessions throughout Glasgow and the West of Scotland. This hands-on role will see you managing stock replenishment and deliveries, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards, implementing promotions and seasonal launches, monitoring performance against sales targets and KPIs, and building strong relationships with host store management teams. You'll manage your own schedule and travel extensively across the region to ensure each location is operating at its full potential.
We're looking for a commercially minded retail professional with experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally within fashion retail. The successful candidate will have strong visual merchandising skills, excellent organisational abilities, and the confidence to work independently while building effective partnerships with stakeholders. A hands-on approach, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a diverse geographical area are essential. A full UK driving license is required, along with a willingness to travel regularly throughout the region.
In return, you'll receive a competitive salary of £24,000–£25,600 per annum based on a 32-hour working week (equivalent to £30,000–£32,000 full-time salary), working four days per week, Tuesday to Friday.
