Area Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Manager to join a prestigious luxury beauty retailer, overseeing key locations across London.

Reporting to the Head of Retail, this role will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of stores—including both standalone boutiques and high-profile concessions—across central and greater London.

As Area Manager, you will lead and inspire store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding the brand’s premium positioning. You’ll work closely with Store Managers to drive performance through effective KPI management, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of local market dynamics. Your leadership will be central to cultivating a high-performing, service-led culture throughout the region.

Strong commercial acumen, a passion for the beauty industry, and solid knowledge of in-store HR and operational processes are essential for success in this role.

To be successful, you will:
Have proven experience as an Area or Regional Manager within the luxury retail or beauty sector
Be confident managing multiple retail formats, including concessions and standalone stores
Be an inspirational leader with a strong track record of team development
-Be London-based with excellent knowledge of the local retail landscape
-Be a strong communicator with the ability to influence and engage across all levels
