Area Manager

A new opportunity has arisen for an area manager to join this fashion retailer on a temporary basis for 2-3 months. They need support 4 days per week; 2 days per week would be spent in the Brighton office and 2 days would be spent travelling to national stores within the remit for this role.

Your responsibilities will include being an inspirational leader who is able to bring out the strengths in others and give them the encouragement to succeed as well as monitoring sales and ensuring visual merchandising standards are adhered to.

The successful candidate will be an experienced area manager based near Brighton who is able to travel nationally 2 days per week. Experience in clothing retail is also highly advantageous as visual merchandising standards are a key focus for the company.
