Area Sales Manager
A leading beauty retailer is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Area Sales Manager to take charge of sales operations across the South.
You’ll be responsible for driving retail performance, developing strong relationships with store teams, and delivering exceptional brand presence across key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow sales within your assigned region
Motivate, coach, and support in-store beauty advisors and sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost in-store visibility and customer engagement.
Monitor stock levels, merchandising standards, and ensure brand guidelines are consistently met.
Conduct regular store visits, performance reviews, and training sessions to elevate product knowledge and service standards.
Analyse regional sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and report to senior management.
Build strong relationships with retail partners and head office teams.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in sales management within the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or retail industry.
A passion for beauty and a deep understanding of consumer trends.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Flexibility to travel regularly across your region.
The salary is paying up to £40,000 + company car.
