Assistant Head of F&B
We’re hiring a deputy head of food & beverage to support and drive food & beverage operations at one of the UK’s busiest and most exciting live event venues. This brand-new role has been created as the events side of the business expands, introducing tailored menus and experiences for major artists and live acts.
Working closely with the head of F&B, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage key relationships, and help shape strategy across retail catering. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing innovative, efficient, guest-first service across a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of F&B with strategy and operations
- Liaise with key clients (e.g. event organisers, promoters, major stakeholders)
- Oversee P&L performance across events
- Manage transformational projects, including new tech rollouts
- Deliver efficient, guest-focused food & beverage services on major event days
- Lead cross-functional coordination across operations, culinary, and logistics
Ideally, you will be from a senior leadership role in large-scale events, hospitality, or high-volume catering. That may be a busy restaurant, pub, stadium, or arena. Although involved in strategy and transformational change, you will still be hands on and ready to roll up your sleeves.
Strength of character and high resilience in demanding environments
