A leading accessories retailer is looking to recruit an assistant store manager for their flagship store in West Drayton. Working closely with the senior retail team, you will be responsible to deliver commercial, operational and audit targets that exceed business expectations. The retailer is known for their diverse product portfolio, incredible customer service and employee development.

As the assistant manager, you will be supporting the wider management team by focusing on performance, training, merchandising & operations.

Coming from a customer facing background, you will be an existing assistant manager who has a proven track record operating in a fast and high-volume environment.

The role is paying up to £40,000 for the right candidate. There is a 12% bonus and benefits package included. The retailer is passionate about people development and will offer opportunities to progress into different functions of the business.
