Assistant Manager

An established multi-product retailer based near the Chelmsford area are looking for an assistant manager to drive service standards and maximize sales opportunities within their store. This retailer has amassed a significant following over the years and is recognized globally by many.

As assistant manager the priority will be to motivate and guide your team on the shop floor, but also ensure that store standards are being maintained with an emphasis on the visual merchandising to encourage footfall and generate sales.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with working in high footfall environments and have experience of leading a team of 15-20 members.

The salary is paying up to £31,000 accompanied by several additional exclusive benefits.
