You’ll support the Centre Manager, lead the team, and keep the customer journey at the heart of everything we do. Maximum amount £33,100
Average uncapped bonus of £7,100 per year (with potential to earn more)
5 days a week (this Centre is Closed on a Sunday)

Skills and experience
Experience / Ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management
Experience / Ability to deliver coaching/training in the moment to colleagues
Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems
A current valid driving licence
