Assistant Manager
An established ladies fashion retailer based on Oxford Street are looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to help lead the store, delivering an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and team performance.
About the Role:
As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. From leading the team on the shop floor to ensuring visual standards are on point, you’ll play a key role in creating a vibrant, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and team management
- Drive sales and achieve store targets through excellent customer service
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Handle stock control, deliveries, and inventory management
- Act as a key holder and take responsibility for the store in the manager’s absence
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience at supervisor or assistant manager level
- A strong passion for ladies fashion and current trends
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading hours
The salary is paying up to £36,000
