This industry-leading retailer is looking to welcome an assistant manager to its team in Nottingham. The role provides an excellent opportunity to challenge yourself in a high-paced, customer-focused environment within a globally recognized business known for an extensive offering across luxury and premium products.

In this role you will work 3 days on, 3 days off & you will lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service ensuring store targets are achieved. You’ll be expected to inspire and develop your team, ensuring that each individual is motivated and equipped to deliver their best work.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience, with a strong track record in customer service and team leadership. The ability to manage a busy retail environment while keeping morale high will be essential.

The salary is paying up to £33,000
