Assistant Manager
If you come from pubs, bars, busy restaurants or high-volume hospitality, this one’s built for you.
We’re working with one of London’s most exciting hospitality brands — a vibrant, guest-first destination known for great food, great drinks, and a high-energy atmosphere where the buzz never really drops. This is the kind of venue where service moves fast, standards matter, and personality is everything.
They’re now looking for a hands-on assistant manager / deputy manager who thrives in busy, social environments and knows how to lead from the front. Someone who’s used to being on the floor, keeping teams moving, and making sure every guest leaves having had a great experience.
This is not a back-office management role. You’ll be right in the action — driving service, supporting your team through peak periods, and keeping the whole operation flowing smoothly from open to close.
You’ll be leading shifts in a fast-paced environment, motivating a large front-of-house team and setting the tone for great service. You’ll be actively involved in delivering standout guest experiences, making sure service standards stay high even when the venue is at its busiest.
You’ll be problem-solving on the go, handling guest queries with confidence, and making quick decisions that keep service running without friction. Alongside this, you’ll support with rota planning, shift organisation, and helping develop the team so they can perform at their best.
A big part of the role is collaboration — working closely with bar, kitchen and floor teams to maintain energy, flow and consistency throughout service.
We’re ideally looking for someone with experience as an assistant manager, deputy manager, duty manager or strong team leader within hospitality. This could be from: pubs, bars, high-volume restaurants or busy casual dining environments
You’ll need to be confident leading teams in real time, comfortable under pressure, and genuinely energised by busy shifts. Strong people skills, a hands-on approach, and a passion for hospitality are key.
