Assistant Merchandiser

This leading retailer, specialising in accessories is seeking a dynamic and creative assistant merchandiser to join the team in their beautiful London office.

The role will be responsible for managing all merchandise issues associated with specific product groups in order to maximise sales and profit through the effective planning and control of intake, stock levels, margin, discount mark down and distribution. You will be Analysing sales/stock/markdown/ margin performance weekly down to line level and react accordingly. You will reforecast regularly to reflect current trends, updating WSSI. You will be working closely with the buying team, ensuring all KPI's are achieved

The ideal candidate will come from a fashion or accessories retailer, ideally with experience in the footwear category.
