We are looking for a talented store manager to lead a thriving establishment in the Bletchley vicinity, or a strong assistant manager ready for their next step. The company are successfully growing in the UK and are known for their exceptional designs.

As the store manager you will be driving KPI's to promote sales, brand standards and leading the team to success. The scope for the store is fantastic and needs a strong leader to develop the team.

Ideally, your experience will be from a fast paced retail environment, with strong demonstrable skills in the team development and leadership. The client is happy to consider an assistant store manager who is ready for that next step if they can demonstrate many of the qualities and experience that they are looking for.
