Known for their iconic accessories and exceptional quality, this brand is now seeking a dynamic and commercially minded assistant store manager to help lead their team to success.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of driving sales and achieving strong KPI results, while inspiring and developing a talented sales team. You’ll play a key part in shaping the store’s look and feel through impactful visual merchandising, as well as ensuring smooth and efficient back-of-house operations.

We’re looking for someone with proven retail management experience, a natural ability to motivate others, and a keen eye for making smart commercial decisions that maximise product potential.
