A fashion retailer known for its exceptional customer service and high-quality products is looking for an assistant manager to support senior management with running the store.

You will be responsible for the overall store performance and operations. You will lead the retail team and be responsible for their training and development. Also you will deputise in the store managers absence.

Ideally, you will be someone with extensive retail management experience, highly collaborative and proactive in your approach.

The role pays up to £35,000. There is a bonus and benefits package that includes healthcare and discount. You will be given the resources to develop and aid your progression within the company.
