PAY & BENEFITS
£13.80 per hour + £1.50 extra per hour between midnight and 6am (total £15.30/hour)

THE ROLE
As a Bar Team Leader, you’ll guide a team through busy airport mornings, ensuring every guest receives great service before they fly.
Manage opening, closing, and daily operations confidently
Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service
Be the first point of contact for customer and team queries
Keep the atmosphere positive during peak times
Focus on results, monitor performance, and champion improvements
ABOUT YOU
Passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experienced as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Shift Leader in hospitality, retail, or catering
A confident problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
18+, due to alcohol service responsibilities
Able to provide 5 years of references and complete a criminal record check
