A premium womenswear retailer is seeking a dynamic and proactive Store Manager to lead its Ludlow boutique. Known for its unique, free-spirited collections, this family-run business caters to independent women who value individuality, creativity, and timeless design.

We’re looking for an experienced retail leader with a passion for womenswear and customer experience, who can drive commercial success while inspiring and developing a team.

Essential Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in retail management
Strong people leadership and customer service skills
Excellent organisational ability and commercial awareness
Ability to connect with customers in a premium retail environment
Positive outlook with a professional, approachable style

Desirable: Womenswear retail background, EPOS knowledge, Excel/MS Office skills.
