Boutique Manager

An established and fast-growing womenswear and cosmetics retailer is looking for a confident and motivated boutique manager to support the leadership of one of its high-performing stores.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys leading by example. This is looking after a small store within a store so will be ideal for an ASM or department manager ready to step up into their first store manager role. You’ll play a key role in driving commercial performance, developing the team, and delivering a consistently engaging customer experience.

The Role:
- The day-to-day running of the store
- Lead, coach, and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Take ownership of floor leadership, ensuring excellent service standards at all times
- Visual merchandising execution in line with brand guidelines
- Stock management, rotas, and operational compliance

About You:
- Currently an assistant store manager, supervisor, or department manager ready to step up OR an existing store manager
- Background in a service-led retail environment (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or accessories)
- Commercially aware with a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Strong communicator who can motivate and develop others
- Passionate about fashion, beauty, and creating positive customer experiences
