As boutique manager, you will lead the boutique's day-to-day operations, delivering an elevated customer experience and driving store performance. You’ll coach and develop your team, and ensure exceptional service is delivered at every touchpoint.

The ideal candidate will come from a luxury retail background, with previous leadership experience and a strong appreciation for fine jewellery. A commercial mindset paired with a warm, people-first approach will be key.
