Branch Manager

We are seeking a passionate and driven branch manager to lead the Reading store. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving store performance, maximising profitability, and ensuring your team delivers an outstanding customer experience that inspires confidence and brand loyalty.

You will set and maintain impeccable visual standards, with a strong eye for detail and a flair for visual merchandising that reflects our brand’s signature style. Coaching and development are at the heart of our culture, so you’ll play a key role in training, inspiring, and empowering your team to reach their potential. This is very much an assisted selling environment so building strong client relationship with trust is key.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing a fashion or lingerie store
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a team
- A results-driven approach, confident in achieving and exceeding KPIs
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer moments

Salary: Up to £32,000
