Branch Merchandiser

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing inventory and allocation across a regional store portfolio, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time.
The Role
- Working cross-functionally with Planning, Buying, and Store Operations teams, you will:
- Own and execute inventory strategies across your store region
- ptimise stock levels through detailed analysis and forecasting
- Manage allocation and replenishment to maximise sales and minimise risk
- Drive performance through data-led decision making
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless stock flow and logistics
About You
You’ll currently be working in a branch or wholesale merchandiser or similar role, with:
- Strong commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Confident communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A collaborative approach and the ability to influence across teams
