We’re partnering with a well-established casual wear brand known for its high-quality, functional, and minimalist basics. Built around timeless design and everyday versatility, the brand has carved out a strong identity in modern essentials — clean lines, considered fabrics, and product that is designed to work hard in real wardrobes, not just on rails.

They are now looking to strengthen their merchandising function with someone who can bring clarity, structure, and commercial control to their store network.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is already operating in a multi-store branch merchandising role, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time, and that stores are trading with optimal allocation and availability.

You’ll be someone who is comfortable getting under the numbers — analysing store performance, reviewing sales data, identifying risks and opportunities, and translating that insight into clear action around stock flow and allocation. A key part of the role is ensuring that product is working efficiently across the estate and that no store is over- or under-trading due to imbalance in allocation.

You may currently be working as a Wholesale Merchandiser, Planning Merchandiser, or Allocator, looking to step into a broader role with more ownership across a store portfolio.

What the role involves:
- Managing stock allocation across multiple stores
- Reviewing sales performance and store-level data to drive decisions
- Ensuring balanced stock flow and commercial availability
- Supporting trading performance through proactive replenishment strategies
- Identifying bestsellers, risks, and opportunities across the estate
- Working closely with buying, planning, and retail teams to optimise performance
- Maintaining commercial visibility across all store locations

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in merchandising across multiple stores or regions
- Is confident working with data, sales analysis, and allocation systems
- Understands stock flow and its impact on trading performance
- Has experience in wholesale merchandising, planning, or allocation roles
- Is commercially minded, detail-focused, and highly organised
Enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment with product at the core

This is a strong opportunity to join a modern, design-led casual wear brand where product, simplicity, and function sit at the heart of everything they do — and where merchandising plays a critical role in shaping commercial success across the business. Salary range is £50,000 - £60,000 depending on level of experience. Great benefits including hybrid working and a strong bonus structure.
