A renowned British womenswear designer is seeking a passionate and experienced brand ambassador to join the team at its prestigious flagship store, based in Knightsbridge. Known for delivering timeless pieces to an international clientele, the brand is continuing to expand its influence in the world of luxury fashion.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in delivering an exceptional client experience, championing the sales process with genuine warmth and precision. You’ll build lasting relationships with clients, driving loyalty and repeat business, while also supporting and mentoring colleagues to elevate overall team performance. An awareness of current fashion trends and the ability to translate them into styling suggestions will be key.
The ideal candidate will come from a luxury retail background, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and will bring a natural flair for customer engagement alongside a deep passion for fashion.
