Buyer & Merchandiser
An established unisex activewear retailer based in Glasgow are seeking a Buyer & Merchandiser who can help shape the next era. Rooted in movement, inclusivity, and the energy of the city, the role requires someone who understands how product can express culture and community. You will take the lead on range planning, ensuring every collection feels balanced, functional, and relevant.
The successful candidate will focus heavily on trend analysis and product selection, using both instinct and data to identify what’s next in performance and streetwear. You will work closely with suppliers, negotiating strong partnerships and bringing new ideas to life with confidence. Your decisions will directly influence the identity and direction of the unisex range.
You will also drive commercial performance through strategic stock management, ensuring each product drop lands with impact and sells through effectively. Collaboration will be central to the role, with regular partnership across design, retail, and marketing to deliver cohesive launches that resonate with the brand’s audience.

The salary is paying up to £60,000 + up to £8000 relocation package.
