A prestigious luxury accessories retailer is seeking a client advisor to join one of their standalone boutiques in London. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a globally respected brand, delivering exceptional client experiences within a refined and fast-paced environment.

As a client advisor, you will act as a true brand ambassador, offering a personalised and memorable service to every client. You will play a key role in cultivating long-term relationships, supporting boutique performance, and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

You will:
- Deliver an exceptional, tailored client experience, ensuring the highest standards of service and aftercare
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and CRM targets
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Ensure the boutique environment is presented to the highest standard at all times
- Support stock management, including replenishment, organisation, and inventory processes
- Capture and utilise client data to enhance personalised service and future engagement
- Actively contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
- Participate in client events and brand activations as required
- Continuously develop product and industry knowledge through training and self-driven learning
- Handle client enquiries and concerns with professionalism, discretion, and care

Ideally, you will have experience within luxury retail or a premium client-focused environment, with a strong understanding of clienteling and relationship building. A passion for delivering exceptional service, combined with a polished and professional approach, is essential.

Salary up to £32,500 with a healthy monthly commission structure
