Communications Coordinator - 12 Month Parental Leave Cover
We have an exciting opportunity here in the Fulfilment Operation Team for a communications coordinator to join a successful team!
You'll be working alongside our Fulfilment operations COE colleagues to support in-store colleagues by providing them with up-to-date learning material, reference documents and ensuring all stores are engaged with day-to-day activity and operational changes!
You will be responsible for:
Collating and writing Dotcom communications– including Dotcom Weekly Update, operational communications and updates.
Co-ordinating change work communications and understanding the impact on current operational documentation.
Encouraging good practice for communications across Customer Fulfilment.
Being the subject matter authority and link to the capability team to ensure learning material is developed and updated as needed.
Owning and delivering Dotcom signage, boards and other printed material.
Reviewing and updating operational articles for all Dotcom colleagues.
You will need:
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working closely with other teams and customers.
Knowledge of the operational process both in store and the office.
Strong communication, reading & writing skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
