Concession Area Manager

A global ladieswear fashion retailer is seeking a part-time Area Concession Manager to oversee multiple concessions in Glasgow & West of Scotland across a 32 hour, 4 day working week from Tuesday - Friday. This role requires a leader who understands the pace and personality of the city, someone who can bring structure, energy, and commercial focus to a growing portfolio. You will be responsible for driving performance, elevating brand presence, and ensuring every concession reflects the retailer’s identity and standards.

The successful candidate will use strong people leadership to motivate teams, build capability, and create a culture of accountability and pride. You will work closely with store partners, ensuring relationships remain collaborative and commercially aligned. Your ability to read trends, understand customer behaviour, and respond quickly to trading patterns will be essential in maintaining momentum across all locations.

Operational excellence will sit at the heart of the role, with a focus on delivering consistent brand execution, optimising stock flow, and maintaining high visual standards. Through strong commercial analysis, they will identify opportunities, react to challenges, and ensure each concession meets its sales and profitability targets. Your decisions will directly influence the brand’s visibility and success within partner stores.
