Concession Manager
We are looking for a dynamic Concession Store Manager to lead our luxury children’s store in a premium department store. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who thrives on taking ownership, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience.
About You:
Experience in luxury retail is essential; children’s wear experience is ideal but not mandatory.
A self-starter with strong leadership skills who can manage the concession as if it were their own business.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, organized, and capable of problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Service & Clienteling:
Deliver the highest standard of customer service and luxury experience.
Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients and develop a concierge-style service.
Maintain CRM protocols and manage the customer database effectively.
Train and develop the concession team to deliver an outstanding luxury experience.
People Management:
Recruit, train, and develop the team to deliver luxury service and performance.
Lead, motivate, and set clear, achievable targets.
Manage rotas and communicate effectively with all team members and head office.
Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to the team.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Previous luxury retail experience, preferably in concessions.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Impeccable presentation and communication.
Ability to motivate and influence a team.
Target-driven, organized, and a problem-solver.
Luxury childrenswear experience is advantageous.
