We’re searching for an inspiring concession store manager to lead a luxury children’s boutique within a premium department store. What You’ll Do
- Client Experience & Service
- Create a welcoming, memorable luxury experience for every customer.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and offer a personalised, concierge-style approach.
- Maintain high standards in CRM and clienteling to support long-term loyalty.
- Develop the team’s service skills to ensure consistency across every interaction.
- Team Leadership
- Recruit, coach, and inspire your team to reach their full potential.
- Set clear goals and motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Manage daily operations, including rotas, communication, and coordination with head office.
- Hold regular check-ins, giving constructive feedback to support growth.

What You’ll Bring
-Experience in luxury retail, ideally within a concession environment.
- Strong leadership and proven people-management abilities.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A goal-oriented mindset and the ability to guide a team through challenges.
- Luxury childrenswear experience is a plus but not required.
