Work closely with the Deputy Head Concierge to ensure flawless service on the shop floor.
Curate extraordinary experiences that exceed expectations, anticipating needs with curiosity and intuition.
Resolve client concerns with discretion, empathy, and professionalism, knowing when to involve senior management.
Share your expertise across Selfridges’ unique departments, inspiring customers and colleagues with your knowledge.
Create and share stories that bring the Selfridges experience to life, leaving lasting impressions with every interaction.
