Your Impact as HR Coordinator
Own the onboarding process from offer to first day
Manage new hire paperwork and HRIS system (SuccessFactors)
Schedule and conduct candidate interviews
Track employee attendance and assist with scheduling
Help employees secure airport badges and parking access
Be the go-to support for managers on HR tasks and systems
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Bonus points for experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or union environment
