CRM Manager
We’re looking for a Senior CRM Manager to lead global omnichannel CRM strategy, driving customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. Our client is specialises in luxury beauty, with some fantastic brand names under their umbrella.
You’ll own customer retention and lifetime value through data-led communications across email, SMS, direct mail, and clienteling. You’ll oversee loyalty programs, evolve membership initiatives, and collaborate across teams to deliver best-in-class, personalised experiences. Managing a team, you’ll provide leadership, foster growth, and ensure delivery of impactful projects.
The Role:
- Lead global CRM strategy and roadmap across acquisition, engagement, retention, reactivation, and loyalty.
- Drive loyalty and membership programs that enhance retention and advocacy.
- Define KPIs, monitor segmentation and performance, and present insights to senior leadership.
You:
Great track record in CRM, loyalty, or customer marketing, ideally within luxury, wellness, or premium sectors. You’ll bring a proven track record in scaling CRM programs to increase retention and lifetime value, with expertise in segmentation, lifecycle marketing, A/B testing, and attribution. Skilled in platforms such as Bloomreach, Salesforce, or Braze, you’ll be a strategic, data-driven leader who communicates effectively and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
