Customer Analytics Placement
You will support the development, coordination, and delivery of digital initiatives that align with Harrods’ strategic goals and elevate the customer experience. Working within the Digital & Customer Department, you’ll contribute to projects that harness the latest technologies and data insights to drive innovation across our luxury retail business.

About the Role
Harrods is seeking a passionate and driven placement student to join our Digital & Customer Department, supporting one of the world’s most iconic luxury retailers. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our evolving digital landscape, where innovation and customer experience are at the heart of everything we do.
As part of this dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance our brand presence and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working alongside industry experts to solve real business challenges and drive impactful change.
About You
You will be a motivated and curious student, eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced digital environment. You’ll bring a proactive mindset and a passion for using technology to solve problems and enhance customer experiences.
You will:
· Be working towards a 2:1 degree or above, ideally in a numerically focused subject (though this is not essential)
· Have experience using Python or SQL, gained through your studies or relevant work experience
· Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Be confident using Microsoft Office and other PC-based tools
· Show excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
· Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
· Manage your time well, with the ability and willingness to multi-task across projects
