Data Coordinator - Part Time - 21 Hours Per Week
In this role as the Data Coordinator, you'll be a part of coordinating and managing all data related to our dynamic early careers programmes - including graduates, apprentices, and interns - ensuring seamless delivery and impactful development experiences.
This is a part time role with the working hours as Monday - Thursday 9.30am - 3pm.
You will be responsible for:
Ownership of all Apprentice data on the DAS system
Responsible for Tracking and Reporting on the Apprenticeship levy account
Overall management of all apprenticeship data and accounting
Responsible for producing standardised reporting all development programmes including apprenticeships, graduates and interns
Feeding into the Development section of Workforce Disclosure index (WDI) external submission
Collation of all Development data for Annual Report/Fact sheets reporting requirements
Pulling together the data to feed into the Times 100 submission
Maintains the data sharing relationship between Tesco and all of the external training providers
