You will be responsible for:

Listening to Customers and acting on their feedback
Engaging my team to deliver the best availability for customers throughout the day
Delivering a great shopping trip for customers every day
Deliver and sustain great standards to be proud of
Encouraging my team to be passionate about products.
Leading the service culture in my department
Protecting our brand by delivering legal compliance through our teams
Actively control costs on my department and deliver my budgets
Consider safety in all I do so every colleague and every customer gets home safe everyday
Work with the business to grow sales:
Engage my team to participate in bringing benefits to the local community
Be a professional business manager
