What you’ll do:
- Lead, coach, and motivate your department team to perform at their best
- Drive sales, service, and KPIs through strong floor leadership and engagement
- Deliver outstanding, personalised customer experiences every day
- Maintain high visual merchandising and brand standards within your department
- Monitor stock levels, availability, and replenishment to maximise sales
- Support store operations, compliance, and daily trading activity
- Collaborate with other managers to ensure a seamless store-wide experience
About you:
You’re an experienced supervisor, floor manager, department manager or even an ASM in a smaller environment who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You’re confident leading from the front, enjoy developing others, and understand how to balance service excellence with commercial performance. You’re organised, adaptable, and passionate about style, service, and customer connection.
