An exciting opportunity has come up for a department store manager to join a thriving retail business in the South East.
You will be overseeing a turnover in excess of £80 million, and a huge team. This is a highly commercial role managing service and KPIs, but also highly product focused working with buyers to ensure the right product is in place.

The role:
• Manage a high performing team in an incredibly fast pace environment
• Ensure customer service is maintained at an exceptional level
• Look at strategy and business plans with senior managers to continuously improve sales and performance
• Oversee all options and HR, looking at development reviews

This is an incredible opportunity to join a thriving and fast paced environment, and be part of an exciting journey. The ideal profile will be from a high turnover environment of at least £70million, but someone passionate about people and team development. In return there is a salary of up to £78,000 plus bonus, as well as generous product discount.
