Deputy Head of Concessions
Delaware North UK is hiring a Deputy Head of Concessions to join our team at the iconic Wembley Stadium. In this high-impact role, you'll help lead the strategy and daily operations of our concessions team, delivering top-tier service and managing key cost lines. You’ll work closely with culinary, logistics, and operations teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience at one of the UK’s busiest and most exciting venues.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee large-scale food & beverage operations across major events
- Manage labour planning, stock control, and budget targets
- Lead operational reviews to enhance performance and guest satisfaction
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team training
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
About You
- 5+ years’ management experience (degree a plus)
- Proven ability to lead large teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong commercial and operational awareness
- Tech-savvy with experience using operational systems
